Very disappointing experience

I’ve purchased from this company twice. The first time, it took about 10 days for the order to arrive. They only sent a confirmation email after the purchase, but no further updates or tracking information.

The second time was much worse. My order stayed in “processing” for 7 days with no progress. I tried contacting them through multiple channels — their website, email, and phone messages — but received no response. I was only able to reach someone by phone once, and they assured me my order would be shipped that same day. It wasn’t.

At that point, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Only after I did that did they finally contact me, saying the order would be shipped the next day. I refused and requested a cancellation.

Very disappointing experience. I will never purchase from them again.
