Received a fire rated access panel which was not quite as it looked on web with large gap around door which would allow drafts and not fit for purpose accessing plumbing behind stud walling.

Asked about return and was told it would incur a 35% fee which we thought excessive

So have bought a better one from another supplier.

I ordered after 1pm one day . And 2 days later it arrived. The service was great the price was more than reasonable and the driver even carried it down the side of the house as requested by my wife as I was at work . I would highly recommend this company for insulation and service

Huge selection for many applications - I needed insulation to re-lag the refrigeration deck on ULT freezers - very easy to navigate website - easy to determine bore size, insulation width etc.
The delivery came with a bag if sweets, which when’t down well during a well earned tea break.
Will be 1st choice supplier next time.
