Terrible company I received my cordless lawnmower it looks good but unfortunately it arrived with no safety key so does not work i contacted them right away got an email back very quickly asking me to contact there support team which I did was told they normally respond within 24 hours so nothing back from them on the Wednesday so contacted them again so went back to there sales team i have heard nothing back so by Friday 25/06/26 I asked them to come collect it as it is missing a part and asked for my full refund this is now Monday still not heard anything back from anybody just to provide feedback if i am happy with the service i am 65 and disabled so I need a lawnmower now as grass is getting very long they don't seem interested. update can't get any place the email I got was asking me to provide the order number i provided them with that last week they confirmed this and said they would pass it on to there support team then they said my email got lost in there junk files then i was asked where did I buy it from I bought it from there own website now they are asking me to take a photo of where the key should be well I don't know they packed it don't know if it should have been in the box or in the lawnmower itself I no longer want to deal with company if this is the way they there customers I have asked three times now for a refund and collection of they lawnmower which you keep ignoring just saying you will pass it to your support I have asked them to open a dispute as obviously they don't want to give me a refund I will keep this updated
