pessima esperienza
ho acquistato una crema viso con evidenti problemi nella consistenza. dopo varie mail e telefonate mi hanno detto di contattare io la casa farmaceutica( io compro un prodotto da voi e siete voi che dovreste interfacciarvi con la casa farmaceutica). la stessa, dopo avermi chiesto il n. di lotto mi dice che la crema è scaduta da 8 anni!! chiedo spegazioni in farmacia e, malvolentieri, mi dicono che avrebbero provveduto al reso.
mi arriva il reso ma non di tutto il costo della crema perchè mi tolgono le spese di spedizione! e alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi dicono che avrebbero potuto farmi un codice sconto per nuovi acquisti. (NO GRAZIE)
ps. ho letto il nome di chi ha scritto la recensione prima di me ed è lo stesso nome con cui mi interfacciavo tramite mail. quindi la recensione non mi sembra veritiera!
