STILL WAITING FOR MY GOODS ORDERED DECEMBER 2022---RESPONCE FROM COMPANY--ZERO----TERRIBLE OUTFIT--I THINK THAT THEY ARE A SCAM OUTFIT----DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.

Our business was put up for sale in April this year, all seemed very legitimate though I am so confused as payment was made to BuyerBiz though I initially enquired through Smart Business Sales UK, who sent me the faster payment to BuyerBiz.

Since confirming the advert to go live, I had absolutely no communication and had to chase every time. Only communication was by WhatsApp and kept asking for statistics on sales activity etc. Nothing. By June 26th, I had asked for a refund and said how appalled I was at the service, taking money upfront for no work at all. Got completely ghosted, no answer on the mobile used to WhatsApp me, no contact number alternative and nothing when emailing the contact us email, until I logged a fraudulent ticket through my business bank, to which they said the business had 0 funds available. I have now reported the fraudulent activity through the police as they're clearly taking money and moving it into their pockets. ALWAYS do thorough research first!

Our business was put up for sale six months ago. We haven’t had any bites at all and I think it’s priced too high. If we drop the price too drastically it will devalue the company entirely so I’m a little bit concerned about what the next step is to sell this business.

I haven’t seen any evidence of any sales strategy from them and think this is shown by the lack of activity on our account, and I haven’t had any reports or updates on what’s going on. I’m not having the best experience with BuyerBiz, the advert was deleted off their server, my account manager changed twice (I don’t even know the name of the current one) and I didn’t hear from them, I’ve had to initiate communication every time we have any dealings. it feels like they took my money and have done the bear minimum, even the advert had gramma and spelling issues and unfinished sentences, I had to proof read and reword several times, I’m still not convinced it’s a very effective advert.

Now pretending to be a car insurance company of some sort. I called to follow up on my ad, they already took payment and had little contact afterwards. When I called they called themselves One Call Collisions, the voice over the phone was the same person from before.

Very attentive to taking your payment, but once they have your money they are finished with you and cut all ties.
Have tried to ring multiple times but no answer and the email returns no responses no matter how many times I reach out.
Paul Evans doesn't return calls once the money is transferred either. Not sure if that's his real name or not, but do not trust him or the company under any circumstances.

This company is a complete waste of time and a flipping CON . Paul Evans was only interested in the initial payment to advertise my company and once the money had been received Customer service was and is still non existent. I have tried contacting Paul Evans several times asking for any updates and to discuss my selling price but have had no replies. The Messenger service is a total shambles. I have messaged on there several times and all I get back is an automated answer nothing else. Please if you are thinking of selling your Business do NOT choose this company it is a massive huge, big no no.
I am even wondering if my company was advertised on these imaginary advertising platforms they promised me….

10/10 to start. They take your ££ then 0/10.
Very good at communication with emails and phone calls to you, never to them as the 08000096120 hasn’t worked for last 3 months.
They take your money via a secure email then just like that the interaction stops.
Just like that.
Paul Evans described in 5 words. Crook,liar,inadequate,inability,idiot.

Promise everything but deliver absolutely nothing.
Nothing!!
Please avoid at all costs.
Go somewhere else.

After using another company to sell a different business, I decided to try another company. I wish all the other reviews were shown on trust pilot before I plunged into the mess I'm now in. I joined last Nov 2022, Buyer Biz are more than happy to sell their goods, their promises, what they're wanting to do for you but since joining, the business has been listed on their own website, Daltons and that's it! The proposed company profile was written by someone who didn't have the basic understanding of English and was rewritten by us.
For the money spent to date, I could of written the paragraph myself and listed on Daltons for a small fraction of the price.
I would personally stay away from this company. Ive now instruced a different company to sell my buisness. The old saying goes, you pay for what you get and Knightsbridge do offer a better service. At least they have better communication skills. I've written several emails and to date not had a response to any messages or phone calls. Currently requesting refund, insurance claim will be made.

Update:- we've still not had any response or reply from anyone at Buyer Biz. A complete waste of time and 3 months I can't get back. This company should be removed or stop trading. Please keep away from them and if you're serious about selling your business please try somewhere else. You'll do a better job selling your business on your own than through this company. All of these reviews are a true representation of what will happen if you use them.

Do not use this company. They take your money and completely ignore you after. They don’t provide you with the enquiries they receive. The ones they have sent me tell me they enquired months ago when I call them and are no longer interested as they bought another business.
These guys are a scam and rip off. They don’t give you a refund. They’ll simply take your money and ignore you.

Would give zero if the option was there!
This company are nothing short of useless, zero communication, they don’t reply to emails, their phone line doesn’t work, they ripped off an ad we had with a previous agent. All talk and no action, save your money and go elsewhere or sell your business yourself and save the hassle of chasing these amateurs

Advertised with this business 12 months ago and had virtually no contact since apart from when asking to upgrade the advertising level. They took £150 there and then and no change. They have just taken another £150 without authority and won't reply to any correspondence!

Biggest ever fraud company for selling / buying business in UK. Never ever seen such type of cyber crime to steal money from your bank account without giving any card details. Please I request every one never ever used this company for any matter.

Same as most reviews on here. They (PAUL EVANS) chase you until you list with them and once they have taken your money, NOTHING, no contact, no reply to your emails, their 0800 number is a dead line.

Don't even know if the business is even listed.

They are complete con artists, they have no morals and what they are doing to all these business owners are outrageous...Day Light Robbery!!

Paul Evans from this company would chase me everyday until I paid the listing price and since then the company has failed to provide me with access to link and will not respond my to my messages.
Recommend to avoid as money down the drain.

Same as another review just below: they took the money and disappeared. They don't get in touch, they ignore emails and don't seem to put a lot of effort into selling a business apart from simply listing it on a website.

I'd been trying to speak to the person I listed through for four weeks with no success. There's been no updates, no communication at all.

The money was taken out of my account without permission, weeks before the agreed time with no explanation, warning or even an attempt to fix the situation once I brought it up.

The ad has been messed up completely. My version was transformed into a half literate ad with no punctuation and syntax below an average 7 year old's level. I asked for it to be fixed three times with no joy.

I asked for a refund and was informed that they "don't issue refunds".
I tried to file a complaint and was informed by someone who failed to sign their email that it "will be looked into".
I am genuinely not expecting much at all, this is just a warning to other businesses to not waste their money.

Unfortunately I would not recommend selling your business via this company.
They took money and we haven’t heard from them since.
It’s very sad that the support is zero to nothing and nobody even cares to answer you email.

Just I want thanks buyer bizz for helping me to sell my business in short time,wonderful people ,advice ,caring , keeping in touch with me till the end of the sale,I will use again in future
