So good! Loved every bite! Arrived timely, neatly packaged, and properly stored/cooled. Dressed beautifully, requiring only minimal seasoning. These steaks were a treat to grill, charring to perfection while keeping a delectable pink center. Everyone loved them...no leftovers from tonight!
Knowing how much I LOVE Montana, a friend told me about DeBruycker Charolais Meats. So, for my February 19 birthday, I purchased six (1.5 - 2 lbs.) Porterhouse steaks. When they arrived, I was very impressed with the packaging and even more impressed with the contents. The steaks were beautiful! On Feb 17th, I transferred them from the freezer to the fridge to start the thawing process.
On the 19th, We seasoned them with fresh ground black pepper and garlic salt. Then, we let them sit a bit before grilling them. OMG!
These steaks were amazing! Very tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! It was by far, the best steak I have had in years! Happy Birthday to me!
