Very simple. No hickups.

I bought and paid for the bike almost 2 months ago, and not only have I still not received it, but the bike is still sitting at the seller's house. The pickup has been rescheduled 4 times, even if the seller was home and waiting for the pickup. Seems like Buycycle is simply not speaking to UPS to request this pickup. Support is slow, answers are AI / generic, and they don't take action. I've requested a refund, but still no news. Considering the other reviews, seems like it's a hit or miss. At this point, it feels like they use some of the orders to finance their business at 0% interest by collecting customers' money and delaying operations / offering refunds without compensation.

comunication is fluent, you have 48 hours to check the bike before you confirm / reject the transaction.

Very smooth and effortless transaction. Posting my item was easy, the price recommendation was fair, and providing the shipping label was convenient.

Not possible to log in on their bike shipping page, the Google login doesn't work even though I already registered on their main page. Tried on mobile and different browsers on desktop.

The only thing I don't understand is why something like this didn't exist earlier.

I have ordered running shoes Adidas Adizero Boston 12. Seller was willing to offer a 5% discount, which the administration had suggested as a lower starting point for negotiations. For some product descriptions, the original text is in languages other than English, but there is an option to use machine translation via a button on the website. Real condition was relating to images. Delivery took 6 days from Italy to Czechia.

Leider habe ich eine defekte Gangschaltung bekommen, diese konnte ich aber erst nach dem Einbau feststellen. Eine Entschädigung bekam ich für einen zerkratzen Schalthebel aber als ich danach meldete, dass die Schaltung nicht funktioniert bekam ich folgende Antwort:

Das bedeutet, der zerkratzte Hebel wurde bezahlt aber der Größere Schaden nicht. Somit habe ich eine Schaltung für über 800€ gekauft, die nicht funktioniert.

Great! Easy platform to work with

Great service part from the wait due to no packaging being available to the seller. Eventually that got sorted and the bike arrived with a new delivery date. I would highly recommend buycycle. The online team followup on questions and provide regular updates. Payment system worked perfectly and the app is process to approve payment after the bike is received all works beautifully.

Absolutely bollox.
Three weeks from purchase none of the bikes have even been picked up at the seller!
Nobody knows when the bikes will be picked up or arriving here for that matter.
First part of the season down the drain thanks to this BS.

Everything works , the only downside it’s the timing , it’s not so quick process and takes a bit of organization but it’s very well organized and it’s easy .

I only purchased through buycycle because of their advertised "Buyer Protection" program, and it has completely failed. I paid a premium to protect my purchase of a bike listed as "Very Good / Ready to Ride," but the bike arrived completely unrideable.

A professional inspection by Bicycle Habitat's master mechanic officially condemned the vehicle as a critical safety hazard.

Despite explicit photo, video, and local bike shop documentation proving that the bike is dangerous to operate, buycycle support refused the return and offered a $140 payout. This is a complex repair requiring over a thousand dollars in parts and professional labor to correct, creating an entirely unacceptable consumer experience.

Because buycycle refuses to honor its own terms and contractually guaranteed protection, I have been forced to involve both my attorney and a formal American Express payment dispute to resolve this transaction.

Buyer beware.
