So and so coffee (you can definitely buy the same beans of higher quality but likely for 20% more) - but one point for super fast shipping, which makes you wonder if it really was "fresh" , the taste suggests different as well. 3 stars there
Also, a definite attitude from support - like some have said, the "take it or leave it attitude" - it wasn't rude, but wasn't really "good" either. I had an item missing from it, and instead of informing me of it before checking, packing, or even sending, they send me an email when it was at my doorstep. If they'd have told me early, I easily could've replaced it, but no. And when I told them, they just took the whole "well we refunded you what more do you want" tone, and tried telling me I wasn't supposed to get free shipping (which was a website glitch and not something they offered) was also a nice thing they did and I should be happy about it.
Yeah, no, minus one there.
Two in total. Won't say "stay away", but buyer beware. You get mostly what you pay for, but your issues might not be resolved to your liking.

I ordered light roast (yes, they offer that on website), they shipped medium roast instead, multiple bags.
Apparently they do not do light roast at all.
Why offer that in the listings, then?
Or do they try to hide below average beans quality?

do not buy there. it is a scam. i have ordered beans and after getting an order confirmation from paypal nothing happened. paypal said that they wil pay my money back. i went back to the website of buycoffeecanada to see what was going on. when i tried to pull up my order it said: access denied. it is a scam! beware

buy from amazon. they delivered the next day for free and they even have lower prices
