This is a huge scam, I ordered a bag, it took over a month and still never arrived. We tried to email/call customer service, but they only replied with a very generic automated email. There is no one to call or no real person to speak with. There was a way to track the order but they will just send the same email saying "your order is still in transit" and it's been over a month. Since we didn't get out order at all, we also couldn't get a refund at all! Do not buy from Cirene!

They are scammers. I have bought 2 bags and they are not what you see on the website. Very very low quality and the wrong color. They are promising a 90-day refund no questions asked on the website, it is not true. This is a scam. I've been emailing with them back and forth for a month now and they kept offering me from 10-50% refund. Since, reading the comments here I decided to accept 50%, and try to cover some of my losses, no surprise here 1 month inn and still no money.

Cirene sent me the wrong bag and has been refusing to correct this error. They will not refund or send me the correct bag. They have made me send photos twice and sent messages offering 10% back. I have asked for it to be resolved for 3-4 months now. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

The bag arrived, and it is a piece of crap. They offer a full refund no questions asked on their website, but are now arguing with me about giving me any refund at all. They are not legitimate. Do not buy any of their bags.

Never received my order. The tracking info shows no information. The ad was on Instagram for their items…

I ordered bag from this website after seeing the ads on FB. What a mistake, they sent the bag in wrong color and very cheap made. Misleading ads. I ask to return and refund and they offer me 25% refund for original price. What a joke. Please stay away from this . I wish I read the review before on it before I made a purchase .

I ordered a bag from BuyCirene and deeply regret it. The bag I received was the wrong color and the quality was extremely poor — nothing like the pictures and videos advertised on their website.

Their site claims a “90-day risk-free money-back guarantee, no questions asked”, but when I asked for a refund, they refused to give me my money back. Instead, they only offered me partial refunds which I didn’t even get (15%, 30%, 50%) if I kept the terrible bag. This is completely dishonest and misleading.

Ladies, please stay away from this website. They mislead customers with fake-looking ads and then do not honor their own refund policy. I am now forced to escalate this through my bank as they will not process my refund.

BuyCirene cannot be trusted. Don’t waste your money!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. The products I received were poor quality and completely unacceptable, and when I requested a refund, they repeatedly tried to push partial refunds (starting as low as 25%, then 50%) instead of honoring a full refund and return.

This is deceptive and unethical business practice. Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to force me to keep items I did not want, while refusing to provide a prepaid return label or process a proper refund.

I’ve had to escalate with my credit card company and leave reviews like this because they’ve left me with no other choice. If you value honesty, quality, and fair treatment, avoid this business at all costs.

I ordered a brown bag and received a Cream colour bag. I did not want a cream bag(I have plenty). When I wrpte the company I asked for a brown bag or a refund since this was their error. They offered me a 15% refund to keep the cream bag, twice! Then offered a 25% refund to keep the cream bag. Ridiculous, since this was not what I ordered. Luckily I used PayPal for my purchase and was.refunded the entire amount.

The WEBpage who sells copies of luxury bags claim they have 2000 reviews from trust pilot, but in fact, you can’t even find the company here and on their webpage there are no active links to the trust pilot page so it’s 99, 9% spam

I looked on this site for the reviews that they claim come from trustpilot only to see that no reviews have actually been received?
