I ordered a couple of CBD cigarettes back in Nov. 2023 and still never got them. I even got the order number and contacted the company and they said they don't have anything with that order number. Liers - Don't ever buy from these people. They will only take your money without shipping you your product. Almost one year later and still nothing. I just want my products, no money can replace the time I've waited for it to arrive.

I think this is just a scam site. I ordered, it shipped within a couple days, and on the day it was going to be delivered, it was unexpectedly redirected by the sender. I never received my package, and nobody has answered my support emails.

So basically I paid for nothing. I had to contact my card company to file a dispute and this whole thing has been a hassle. Avoid!

Would give 0 stars because I ordered in January and haven't received anything no product no email back nothing they just took my money

Ordered February 15th, it’s March 2nd.. Never received anything, emailed multiple times and no answer. Scam!!

they want answer there phone so i can ask them where my order is.

Order on November 7th 2023 my credit card was charged on the 8th & its November 24th & nothing has been shipped..don't order its a scam

This company is definitely bad for business and definitely needs to be investigated for fraud their shipping process claims is not what they claim placed an order for my customer #127393 11/02/2023 still saying processing never received a tracking number or customer never received the order contact them for Details and no reply yet received

Ordered in May, they got their money in May its now the middle of June and NOTHING !!! Got one email that said they would reship blaming the loss of items on USPS but again nothing has shown up... Suggestion: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed an order for $150 in February and still haven't received it.
Tried contacting many times and have not heard back.

Made a few orders, with no issues. Last couple times it took a month. Made another order, for over $100 and they never sent my order, they don’t respond to emails. Stay away from this company.

I have no complaints. I received my order today. Menthol hemp rolls are smooth. The order was processed and shipped without any difficulties. I recommend this store. Good products

Website says they ship within 24 hours. 9 days later no shipment. Seller ignores multiple emails, website contact form, FB Messenger. Contact phone is a generic google voice number no-one ever answers or replies to messages on. Credit card dispute started.

I have ordered from them 4 times and have gotten what I ordered pretty quickly.
This last time, I ordered July 4th 2022. It is now July 20th 2022 and I still haven't gotten my order.
I've called, emailed, texted and even contacted them through their website multiple times.
No response yet.
I paid $100 for my cartridges. I just can't afford giving away money like that.
I wonder if I will ever see my hard earned money again.
Very disappointed.
Even if I get my money back or my order, I'm never ordering from them again.

Unfortunate first and last experience. Placed my order and didn't receive an email right away which first had me dodgy. Contacted support just to make sure it was processed and response was rude. Next day my order randomly was "refunded" with no reason why. Contacted support yet again and no response. Scam? Could be, or just awful customer service/company. Unfortunately don't think I'll be seeing my money or order.

I've purchased from them multiple times and they had great prices and shipped pretty fast. I don't understand the dramatic reviews for them on here... My experience has been the opposite.

I ordered from their website in June 2020, I never received my order and when I tried emailing them for a refund they would never answer, I would get an answer every so often asking the for my order # and the problem... but then never getting a reply back.
I’ve sent multiple emails, and no reply.
Their customer service sucks. It’s a year later and I still haven’t gotten my refund.

I had some trouble with some orders I placed but buycbd more than rectified the situation.
If you're experiencing a problem with their products or service, message them on Facebook and, from my own experience, they'll get back to you fairly quickly!

So far out of the 4 times I have ordered I received my items super quick even with the Free Shipping if order is $50. So very happy with everything just wish they would bring the Melatonin CBD worms back! Waiting to reorder once they're back in stock. You guys are AWESOME!
