Hi there, tes I do liike mutch my fat bike, but which unfortunately is at moment at bike repair shop. The Central processing Unit does not connet electric. Mede reservation, paid and got already a New One. Koe waiting if repair is able to fix it? IF NOT, tell me, what iI shall do!!!???

When i ordered the bike you stated that it would ship between 8-16.8 but now in mid september, my planned bike camping was cancelled.. Not good..☹️

It is easy to order but now i must wait my beautiful bike too looong…❣️

Chat Support offline? There was no response to my question concerning the maximum trailer load of Lankeleisi MG600 lite. No email. Nothing.

Difficult to get understood.
I need a new charger because old is lost.
You sent me wrong charger, thus I clarified what bike is it.
They ask me to send a picture of original charger!
Too much hassling, I am frustrated with Your customer service.

Admittedly, a delivery time of more than six weeks for a bicycle is quite long, but with only one working day's delay, a huge box was delivered: my new Lankeleisi e-bike. When I opened it, I noticed that the paint on the luggage rack had been rubbed off – dear shipping companies, there is a reason why there is an arrow pointing upwards and the word “Top” on the packaging! I took a photo of it and sent it to BuyBestGear by email. The response was prompt: I'm getting a new luggage rack. It arrived yesterday and the bike now looks perfect.
Speaking of bikes, I ordered a Lankeleisi MG600 Lite in orange. This e-bike not only looks great, but it also rides extremely well, no matter what the terrain. However, despite the M-frame, it is not ergonomically suitable for my wife, who is only 1.55m. So now I’m having fun…

The bicycle is as expected and comfortable to use.

The bike came to my house on time and i assembled the bike according to the bike instructions. Then i pressed the power button but nothing happens. I thought the battery was dead and charged it but it didn´t help. I hope you can help me get it working.

I had to pick up the parcel myself at the dpd depot, because it was too heavy to be delivered.

After a long waiting period to receive the bike, it's finally coming ! Very well packed and seems good quality. The first ride was a pleasure and meet my expectations. Let's see if the reliability will be ok !

It went well, the only downside is that the manual is quite short, and I can't find the settings for my bike online! I tried to get more instructions from the seller by email, but I haven't received any feedback from them!!!

Avoid this site — poor delivery and customer service

I ordered an electric bike from BuyBestGear. The delivery took over 15 days, and no one told me that the tracking number would change once the parcel entered France.

Even worse: once the package arrived at DPD France, they refused to deliver it to my home, claiming the box was over 30 kg. I was forced to pick it up myself at the depot, even though I paid for home delivery.

The customer service is slow and unhelpful.

Very poor logistics, no communication, and no transparency.
I do not recommend this site — especially for large or heavy items.

Trying to cancel my order...have sent several emails... order only made yesterday so plenty time to cancel...getting no response. If my parcel turns up I'm going to refuse delivery as I told in plenty time I don't want the order so I'm not paying to return it if it gets dispatched

The bike is great (though we bought an English one - instead of German - and the breaks are on the wrong side)

I have to say sorry I thought the prices were to good and thought it was a scam it isn't so I can only apologize and say well done to them the communication could be better but I cannot fault them

Quick service.
Manual (and settings) gives 3 option for Power (Vakole) One option is trottle. I asked the type informaation. I hot negative feedback from custom service, just 'not allowed'.
The seller should know accessories, and help customers. Otherwise, bad bad bad ...

I bought an ebike: Vakole VT4 2025 version. Buybestgear webpage showed that the bikes are ready to be shipped in 3 days but surprisingly when the order wasn’t dispatched in time they told me that it's a presale product and that they have problems at their warehouse. I've been waiting for this bike for 1,5 months now. After numerous emails and eventually a request for refund it's now in DHL transit but has been there for 12 days and doesn't seem to move. I recommend choosing a payment method that allows you to pay after you receive the product.

Easy to order and pay. Ordered my Engwe L20 se on a Thursday morning and it arrived next Wednesday afternoon at my door in Finland. Super fast shipping. One day using it and no fault what so ever with my bike.
Hoping that customer service will be good also if I ever need it.
