I was waiting for my order for Christmas, but it says that “ Your item was returned to the sender at 1:25 pm on December 19, 2022 in BROOKLYN, NY 11215 because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid.”
why is that? I am very angry about this! it was a gift!
I sent an email and got no response!

I was surprised to find my absolute favorite Perfume: Sun, Moon and Stars🥰 It smells just like I remember and it's great to know that I can continue to order from Buybeauty, for all of my skincare , Cosmetic needs, not to mention all of the great products in between!

When this happens, a key to the locker is usually left in your mailbox or somewhere safe around your house. Once you have the key you should go to your local post office and you'll be able to unlock the locker with your package inside.
