Pretty simple straight forward process and trustworthy

I sent two phones in to be bought and found out they were still locked. They sent both phones back and I unlocked them and sent them back. They bought both phones and paid all the shipping costs both ways. That is true customer service. Thanks BuyBackWorld.

I sold my ipad to BuyBackWorld for $32 on 10/6/2021. They don't see any issue after they received and checked it. But they changed their offer to $27 without any explanation. There is no phone and email to contact them. It is very bad company.

This company has no consideration from people or their property. I was quoted $100 for a brand new apple tv 4k and $30 for my air pods. My apple TV was still in the box the plastic hadn't even been broken off and my air pods wasn't even a year old got the labels printed shipped my equipment off they started that they received it everything was going good until they said the air pods didn't pass inspection. They said they would give me $4 for them I still said OK well what about my other device they said they quoted me a price of $0 for a brand new apple TV still in the box( or you kidding me. They even went as far as sending me a fake receipt from PayPal stating that my money was in my account and to make this even worse they told me to stop contacting them. I told them I was reporting them if no one would get in contact with me they said oh well good luck. I have proof stating that they've deposited the money in my account but when I ask for a receipt they tell me to contact PayPal customer support I would gladly change my review if I was to receive my payment.

My experience with Buy Back World has been entirely positive. When an item I submitted was valued less than anticipated they let me know, but more importantly when another item was valued at significantly more then anticipated they let me know that too!
