Excellent experience.
Easy collection with An Post. Didn’t even need to add a shipping label.
Phone was tested within 24 hours and money paid out minutes after I sent my ID —like I actually received the money immediately. No waiting on bank transfers or anything.
No messing around on price —they gave me a quote, stuck to it and paid it.
Would I have made €150 more by selling it on Adverts or Done Deal? Yes. But BuyAPhone had the best quote over Swappie or anyone else and saved me the time and effort of needing to deal with meeting up with a stranger and selling it myself.
Thoroughly recommend selling your phone through them.

Excellent customer service
Very easy process, you simply ship your phone, they inspect it, and they send you a direct bank deposit. They also send you a free shipping label so the cost of shipping is covered. They send out payments quickly and they place a high value on your phone so the payments are really high! The process could not have been easier and I am very happy with my pay out. I couldn't recommend buyaphone more!

Fantastic service!!
I sold my Samsung Galaxy S22 recently through buyaphone.ie. The price they were offering in it's excellent condition was very competitive and mirrored what it was selling privately for.
They sent me a prepaid label so it could send it in via anpost. After 2 days, I received an email to say that they were inspecting it, and then another one to say that they accepted it in the described condition.
The following day, I received a further mail to say that they were sending my payment through to my bank account, which was received within 15 mins...
So, all in all...I am so impressed with the service that buyaphone.ie offer and will not hesitate to use them again in the future!!

I sold 2 old phones to Buyaphone, the whole process was great! I submitted the info, received the quote, sent the phones in the post: there was no counter offer and the communication was very clear through emails. It was a very quick process too so I would absolutely recommend selling any old phones to Buyaphone.

Great company and great customer service
While there was an issue with the original phone I purchased, dealing with customer service was great and they quickly rectified the problem with minimal hassle and sent me out a replacement very hastily . I'm very happy with my purchase too. All my communications were replied to swiftly and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a refurbed phone!
