We thought to have purchased a product and ended up with a GOLD membership with the highest fee to be paid every 14 days, after a trial period of 3 days against €2,19. Unwanted membership which you can terminate after 14 days, so you will need to top op your credits before that. You can also request an immediate cancellation against a fee of €6,95. How generous. Paying for nothing. Ridiculous
As I see they take advantage of people via many different sites. Be careful.

Unfortunately I was not buying anything for kitchen 😕, but R438 was taken from my account in December 2023 I'm disappointed that I'm only receiving feed back now and what's even more disappointing is that I have to go through reviewing a service I never even received to guarantee my refund 😢

bought toilet rolls that never arrived now they've took another 5.67 off my card what I have no idea but there not even based in the UK there in Cyprus please so not buy there scam artists

I signed up for a free tool set not for anything else they are doing false advertising and scamming people with sew-fix advertising. Keep clear. I have cancelled any prescriptions with them as soon as l realised what was going on

I was contacted by my bank, who advised that this company was withdrawing money from my account twice a month from January 2024 whom I had never heard or purchased anything from. I sent them an email to request that they paid the money taken without my consent back and provide evidence of what I had allegedly signed up for or purchased, however, they were unable to do this and provided me with a partial refund which does not come anywhere near to the money which they basically stole from me and to date they pass me from one person to another and refusing to pay any further money back. I live in Scotland and this company is in Cyprus so please people beware if you see this on your bank statements or come across them online please refrain from accessing their website and report them immediately.
