Everything worked fine and there were no issues. But lately, I haven't been able to purchase anything. The website keeps throwing up errors. Technical support responds to inquiries with useless replies and ignores screenshots of the errors. I've tried paying from different devices and browsers, as well as from different cards. The errors are the same.

Thank you for MS Office 2024,
at first I had problem with the old Office 2016, but after replacing it, the new Office is working correctly.
Than we had problem with the old Word-files, remained in the old fornat, and seems to be not handled with the new MS Word 2024, but after a couple of trials, now the old files will be transformated automatically upon the new format.
