Untrustworthy and Poor quality
Initially I trusted this website, it looks i get coughted The product and service are very poor. I received my order after two weeks after I made the payment, even i didn't complained for the late delivery but after I received my first order streight away I contacted them by Chat service on 5th of march and i sent the picture of the faulty product they accepted it was faulty and damaged item and promised to dispatch a new one on next day but still i haven't received yet almost one month Actually after i opened the box the product was not looks like a new all over the place rust even the box is looks like used / old/ smelly as well.
Initially they replied for my whatsapp message After that there is no any reply I sent an email too.
I made so many calls, two times they answered (male voice) he said he don't have authoriry to access the system there for he collected all my order detail and promised he is going to pass the information to the relavant department but so far no any reply or solution. finally i spoke to the staff the name he said Dinesh on friday 15th of March , again he said same answer that he is going to pass this message.
looks like not trusted company don't get cought to this advertisement. I'm very disappointed.
