Used these people several times. I found them very expensive but were always happy to get repairs done. Last time was the one that killed it for me. Was sent in to repair steering colomn as it would rock towards me and away from me. Upon return. It still rocked forward which is no good when I stop. As well as this they also moved the charging port meaning I couldn’t get the charger fully in the port. I returned this to Butterfields letting them know that I wouldn’t be paying for this re work. When I got it back. The charging port was repaired well. But the steering colomn is now fixed in one position. When I spoke to the engineer that done the work. His reply to me was that he done as he was told because they haven’t got parts for my machine. Surely they should have told me this upon taking on the first job? Not a good experience.

Posting here as Butterfields mobility in Benidorm have no customer service and are censoring comments and reviews on their Facebook page!

Had a horrible experience with with butterfields on levante beach.

Had a double scooter for an elderly parent with mobility and vision issues.
The scooter ran out of charge in less than two hours.

The shop assistant couldn’t seem to care less. A double scooter was booked for a reason.

I definitely don’t recommend them - and they are definitely not interested in having feedback (good and bad).
