Not fitting as advertised. I tried a few, and one even had color fading. I’d recommend staying away from this brand.

Have bought Butter tees for years. I am so disappointed with my latest purchases this month. The rat tee and basic tee’s necklines are really high and tight . It feels like I’m being choked. Looks as though the manufacturer has not cut out the neckline in the right place. It’s up way too high! I’m so upset I have to return them cause they are choking me! Butter- have you change your basic pattern or do you have a different manufacturer? Help . So disappointed :(

I was excited to get a shirt for my husband for Fathers Day. It arrived in time, it felt and looked great. However, even though I followed the size chart to a T the shirt was too small. When I measured the shirt it did not match the size chart Since I am in Canada, returns and exchanges are not free. I have to pay about $50 to return it and I am afraid to order the next size up because the size chart is not accurate and if it is too small also I will be out another $50 to send it back. The customer service was awful. I had to call twice and e mail 3 times to get a shipping label (which I have to pay for) to send it back. Canadian customers beware!

Amazing staff, great quality clothing. This is why I only buy my shirts from them. Despite ordering a final sale item which was completely my fault, they agreed on exchanging the item.

The shirts are some of the best feeling shirts I’ve ever owned. I had an issue come up and the customer service was fantastic. I was actually having their replies via email get filtered and Holly from customer support went out of her way to call me directly and went above and beyond to take care of me. For me buying clothes online is a very transactional experience but getting to connect with this company makes me feel even stronger about not only the quality of the product but the brand as a whole. Class A experience from Holly and customer support. Once you try on the first shirt you will immediately know the difference.

The shirts are exactly as advertised. Flexible, breathable, looks great and has zero wrinkles. I'm a big fan and have already purchased four out of the collection. Additionally, their customer service is incredibly helpful and fast.

I accidently ordered wrong size shirt! E-mailed customer service to edit my order before it shipped. They responded fast, and quickly fixed my mistake with no issues!

Buttercloth shirts are way too small compared to all my other dress shirts of same size. To return / exchange the shirt they make you use their shipper and they will deduct $36 off my refund to return the shirt. I would have exchanged it if their return process were more customer friendly.

The shirt is very expensive as it is and you cannot buy it risk free if you live in canada as of today. Due to my bad experience, I’ll never try this company or shirt again unfortunately. I was not happy with the customer service or product sizing. I also have other shirts of similar feel that fit better.

I was texted a vip coupon code for 15% off my next order. I wanted to order 5 total shirts, all brand new, none of them were discounted and the coupon code did not work. I emailed support and then said the coupon has expired. Which was weird because I tried using the coupon code less than 24 hours after I received it. But the support offered to refund 15% of the order back to my card if I placed the order as is. They were very helpful and I appreciated it a lot

Excellent customer service. I wrote an email detailing a complicated return and reordering issue and they wrote right back and resolved it in the next email. That kind of service is an invitation to keep shopping at Buttercloth.

Fantastic product, equally as fantastic customer support!

Hands down these are the most comfortable shirts on the planet. Get them while you can as supplies only last for what can be a short time on some of the items, but rest assured the customer service team is there to do everything they can to remedy any situations. Its rare these days to receive immediate answers to your questions, but even over Christmas they were on the spot to help with my Christmas presents that didn't fit (my problem for over eating this Holiday Season). Would give 10 stars if we could - Thank you for these amazing shirts!!
