Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise again for the delay and inconvenience caused during this order. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been.
Upon reviewing the full order history, we can see that both the original parcel and the replacement were returned to us due to an incomplete delivery address. As soon as we were able to confirm the full and correct address details with you, we promptly arranged re-dispatch, and the order was successfully delivered on 30th April.
While we fully appreciate your frustration during the process, the issue unfortunately arose due to the incomplete address provided at the time of ordering, which was outside of our control.

Very happy with my order. This is the second time I ordered directly from the company. Found their products in a shop in Broadway market in London but unfortunately not near where I live so I looked online & found the company very convenient, arrived quickly. Very good organic range of products.

Terrible pineapple rings
Ordered pineapple rings and while they tasted like pineapple they also had a tinge of meaty flavour, like pork or dog treats. I would imagine if I put homemade pineapple rings into an empty dog treat container, i would get the same flavour.
Customer service was kind but I did have to ask twice for a return before they agreed to refund me. They did not offer a replacement so I'm inclined to think this isn't a bad batch, just how their recipe is.
