AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE ..PURE SCAM…

AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE ..PURE SCAM .....they take your money but no follow through and no customer service available......I booked a ticket from Frankfurt Hahn to Frankfurt Main..never got an email confirmation..thankfully I screen shot the booking reference....but I had to buy a second ticket direct from flibco to board the bus ....I cannot get in touch with busradar and flibco want nothing to do with reimbursement either ...I wouldn't use either company again or recommend them ...at least flibco HAS customer representatives...busradar is just a complete scam

This site is a complete joke

This site is a complete joke. We have searched for several trips on here, and all of them turned out to be completely wrong. Meaning that the price, and even the travel schedule, looked totally different when we were transferred to the final bus company ste to purchase the tickets. None of our searches lead to anyting other than total frustration. Should be shut down
