First time using this platform… I applied their new user PROMO code that suppose to give 5 bucks off, but they end up adding 7 bucks to the total. Scam platform

The refund policy is a scam. I would not opt for refund anymore in the future.

Book a bus from Singapore to KL using BusTicketOnline.com. Terrible experience as there's no customer service at all. The bus I booked (Billion Stars) was late and I tried contacting Busticketonline and Billion Stars bus company but the numbers listed are useless and not in use. Don't bother contacting them. And don't ever use Billion Stars bus service. The bus I was on is old, smells of cigarettes and the driver was very rude.

Bought tickets the day before departure for 11.15. Then someone starts calling and sending messages less then 2 hours before the new departure time which changed to 10am. So we go to the location just in time. We text a bit with the contact person, which gives us the
most useless information not even giving a precise address. Then he starts sending the live location and pictures where the bus should stand, after the bus departed already. Worst service I've ever had, waking us by calling us and then just leaving us behind.... not even a refund or option to go on the next bus with the same tickets.

Thiefes. They took my money, but after few minutes they send me e-mail they don't accept bookings for the same day bus departure! Why the heck then they show and sell the tickets for same day departure if they know it went go thorugh? Complete scam. One week passed and stil didnt get money back.

Turned up at the bus station after purchasing 2 tickets online, given several explanations as to why there was no bus from Trat to Pattaya, all bull shit, greedy robbing bastards would not give a refund

booked on line for a 1030 express, never happened. Got away around 1100. We booked for southern terminal, but didn't know until we got dumped across the highway as the bus was going to Mo chit. Terrible service. Do not use.

I make an advanced paid booking on November 2025 for 3 bus tickets to kampar/ipoh. The travelling date is on 4th Dec 2024. The bus was cancelled merely few hours before the trip and the worst part is that BusOnline ticket.com did not even inform us.
I was informed by a friend. Contacting them was another frustrating part as they do not have any contact number and their emails was not responsive. My trip was greatly affected and i urged those who need bus service to book directly from the bus operator and not thru this 3rd party platform.

took starmart bus ALN6666 from KL to SG.bus driver was smoking while driving.He challenged me to drive the bus instead.He said smoking keeps him awake while driving.Felt he should be sacked if he cannot hold his job well instead of killing us with secondhand smoke.

very disgusting bus “LAholidays”，environment with cockroach and it’s supposed 4h30m express ride become 7hours+ time waste. Somemore driver keep smoke and talking to phone while drives. Damn terrible experience

I booked my bus ticket from KL to Melaka on Bus Online Ticket. Received the ticket via email immediately with QR code and it mentioned the Gate number. When I arrived at the bus station, I scanned the QR code at the entrance to the gate and it all went well.

On the way from Melaka to Singapore we had to cross border twice for check ups. Once to leave Malaysia and the second time to enter Singapore. After the the second time the driver without saying anything…?! We were left behind with multiple passengers and had to take local bus, far from desirable. We don’t recommend driving with them!

Booked a coach to Kuala Lumpur from Singapore. Never showed up. Had to pay loads for taxis and ended up having to get a flight which cost over £200. Customer service haven’t replied and we have not received a refund. Absolute scam.

It’s really sucks service. I’m so sorry for saying that. We from 1U TO SG (Lavender) our bus started at midnight, 12am. Anyway the bus starts early 10pm we understand that might be pick some other else. And we starts heading to SG around 12am the exact timing. And we got chnage the driver on the half way road. Once we reach sg customs and we standing and waiting for 30 minutes without anything. 5 of us include 2 elderly with weak knees. We tried to called the service centre for 2 times. First time was answered and we telling what our situation now. We waiting for their respond. We called the second times but the service centre was engaged. We have to spend extra money to take grab from sg custom out there cause we bought the bus ticket are gone. Nobody can help. Spending rm700++ for 5 pax, one way, VIP PREMIUM and I didn’t get any premium on it. I been cheated! What’s a sucks service. 😡
