I dealt with Roy who was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He knew all about the different aircraft, the configuration of the seating and quality of the Business Class section. I was able to book exactly what I wanted.
The experience was quick and painless and I will definitely use them again!

I wanted to book seats to Sydney at fairly short notice as my booked flights were affected by the war in the Gulf. I requested a phone call on the website and duly received a call from Jane. She was very efficient and helpful and quickly established what I needed. She did a wide ranging search and was able to find seats via Shanghai on my preferred dates. Prices were very competitive. She was happy to book them and give me time to confirm them later in the day. She kept in contact and updated me . I went ahead and she patiently guided me through the booking and payment process! She sent me seat maps and booked seats for me. Tickets were issued promptly and Jane prompted me via WhatsApp that the tickets had been sent by email. Superb service so far - hopefully it will continue next week as we fly!

I have no hesitation in awarding 5stars to this company and in particular Edie. He dealt with my requests and needs in a manner that instilled in me the knowledge that here was a person who knew exactly my requirements and would fully satisfy my request- this he did! So far so good - they didn’t find what I hadn’t already spend hours searching for but they did offer a Chinese airline that I was unsure about. Tbh I did actually do a search on Paul’s number to confirm whether he was legitimate and he was.
Need to send more information beforehand about what information I need to share and to know what calls are going to be made. But they will learn this. I hope the flight works out and am comfortable that it will.

Through panic searching for flights to go and support my family after a natural disaster in Jamaica, I found this company. I was super skeptical at first due to fears of being scammed and I saw some reviews that said the prices shown were not real.
I took the risk and my experience and feedback on it is this:
The time taken to contact you back is super quick which I loved!
I was able to give the budget I wanted to work within and the date and time options too
I was presented with a few options which I loved and all details were explained in full
The option to secure with a deposit and then pay off the rest by a certain date was given to me
When it came to flying, everything was legit and booked exactly as discussed with the agent

My negatives would be that it is true that extra costs may be added or the price you see at first glance is simply hard to draw you in. However, for the price I paid and the time I was gone and the simplicity of the process, it was worth the extra £100.

Thank you to my agent Paul, who took great care with me and really helped me. This trip was super important for me to fulfil and I am super thankful for the service that made it happen!

I was looking for long hall flights to HongKong via Dubai, I was dealt by Roy Whitmore.
Roy was extremely professional in his approach, very courteous and above all very knowledgeable.
Roy found me a great deal flying via Dubai to Hong Kong and then sorted a 5 star accommodation for a few nights in Dubai and then another 5 star accommodation in Hong Kong.

Roy found us flights that met our requirements at a very competitive price. He was courteous and keen to help.

I was a little unsure about approaching an agency instead of just booking directly, however Mark was brilliant and worked quickly to get me the flights I needed to help me get the shortest flight time possible for my short trip to Australia. I found the prices were competitive and Mark ensured value for money.
