Initially I was very hesitant to use this company, not knowing if they were reputable. I took my chances and ended up booking many flights with them.I really enjoy using this company to book 1st class flights. Our representative has been amazing over the past eight months and helps us all the time.

Just beware, I reach out to get a deal on Business class ticket. Marta the agent with a quick response offer me two options $4400 and $4800 for R/T.
Which i could easy get through Google flights for $4100???
Bait and switch. There website advertised $2000 to $3000 deals that is not exist or save 20% to 50% off.
Better to go direct and do not waist your time with this company.
Not recommended.

Love the pricing on the business class seats but our agent did not go the extra mile on entering frequent flyer numbers, leveraging status, getting seats, and following up promptly. Created a lot of anxiety and issues that I had to deal with to get our trip correct

Saved a significant amount of money for two business class seats. Turkish Airlines had grear accomodations, service, and food. Four flights were all on time.

Sold Iberia which turned out tp be American airlines. Rep entered wrong date of birth in passport section. Could not check in, and could not reach rep the night before. Finally got a supervisor who was able to fix it. Made us super nervous about flight. American airlines was a rough trip, I will deselect them in the future. Seats were poorly designed. It took 20 minutes to find plug for earphones. It was under armrest behind your shoulder! They ran out of chicken of the flight.. leaving only overcooked pasta for meal. Made premium economy use bathrooms in economy!
Go to the back of the plane. On the way back a three hour stop in London for a medical issue. Made it a 13 hour flight. Miserable..Even with a change of crew. Sorry, but our consolidated rep dropped the ball several times. There was no value added. Sorry I chose them.

Lisbon to Zurich was not in business class, so we paid for an upgrade. Plane left Lisbon late and we should have had 40 minutes to get from terminal 1 to terminal 3 however in fact we had about 20 minutes to get to the gate. Your agent told me that the Lisbon flight would arrive in the same terminal as our departing Miami flight (something he could not have known). Business Class consolidators did a horrible job and will never book another flight for me again.

The secret is out! The reservation process was easy and very cost-effective. We had some great choices in terms of flights and when we selected the one we wanted, we received our reservation and were able to log into the airline website to manage the reservation, select seats, etc. We would use them again for sure!
