Business Class describes itself as an airline consolidator with access to wholesale fares. I could not verify Paige’s exact title, so I would simply use her name.
The best part of working with Paige Snow at Business Class was having someone I genuinely enjoyed talking to while searching for the right flight. She is warm, funny, incredibly patient, and easy to work with. Paige asks thoughtful questions, listens carefully, and gets creative about finding options that fit your plans and budget.
She also found me a terrific business-class fare, but her personal approach made the experience stand out. I especially appreciated having Paige as my consistent point of contact. With other services, I have experienced constant calls and pressure to book. Paige respects my time, gives me room to consider my options, and makes the whole process feel comfortable. I felt she was truly interested in helping me find the right flight.

While I am partially at fault for not…
While I am partially at fault for not verifying the date the original agent booked, I gave him the required dates and he booked us a day later than he was supposed to. When I caught this mistake, my original agent had left the company. I tried to get it fixed and waited almost 2 days before it was resolved at a significant cost to me.
I have been a customer of Business-Class for several years and expected the same quality service that I received on my prior bookings.
With my original agent gone, the fallback coverage and responses had much to be desired.
At a minimum, I would have appreciated some sort of token discount on this extravagant charge to change the date with travel about 5 months out.
While we only book 2 to 3 international trips a year, I will have to reconsider what agency to use on my future bookings. I will most likely seek out 2 or more competitive bids instead of just only calling Business-Class to meet my travel needs.
