Over an hour delay, no communication from their side at all.

I had a problem with a bus I couldn't take because the ticket wasn't very clear and the bus didn't arrive on time either. I had to ask to a bus who looks similar in which they didn't speak English and they told me. Time was at 14:30 instead of 1:00pm, anyway at 1pm the bus wasn't there. So thinking I had time I went for a walk just to receive a call from a Ukrainian number, people there just spoke in Ukrainian. I thought the bus arrive but when I arrive to the station the bus was gone.

I tried to asked for a refund but they deny it.

Very bad customer service and a very bad travel experience.

I'm still waiting for my refund and answer for the message which I sended 6 days ago.

Let me quote/copy and paste email message:

"I am writing about a complaint and I expect a refund for delays resulting from:

1. Replacement bus No. 7364 at the Lviv station
2. Accident involving bus No. "7364" registration number: "RZ9008S"
and cars Ford "BC2107PE"
(Video recordings are available with the event report)

This whole situation caused my family to be on the spot at the station:
"Ivano-Frankivsk"
6 hours after scheduled arrival time: (10:00 AM 06/07/2023)"

Complete garbage.
Will never use this platform again. I used them to book a bus trip from Katowice to khmelnytskiy. Bus didn’t show up on the platform. I called contact number and was told bus left without me and other passengers. When I send an email about refund ( lady on contact number told me I’ll get full refund as it’s driver’s fault not coming to the right place and not even trying to reach for passengers)they said I won’t get any refund. This is disgusting company. Spoiling all your plans and not even care to clear reputation by sending refunds to the customer
Avoid dealing with them as much as possible
