Such amazing service, asked for an engagement ring which was designed perfectly, exactly what my fiancé wanted and the quality is 10/10.

Mark and Jaycee were amazing throughout my experience with them. I had my engagement ring and wedding bands customised to how I wanted them and the end product was exactly how I imagined them. Very good at what they do and you can get the sense of their passion and love for the jewellery business which gave me the confidence to trust them with such a big responsibility. Would 100% recommend.

My favourite chain was broken and it was quite a complicated rope type of link that one place said they couldn’t fix. Once I showed it to Mark he told me 100% he could fix it and told me how long it would take. When I picked up the chain not only was it fixed, but it was cleaner than I’d ever remembered it and I couldn’t even see where the broken link was! Very satisfied with the job and I wear the chain everyday.

Mark was absolutely great to deal with when making my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands. His wife designs the jewellery and his brother sets the stones. Communication was great throughout, the design process enjoyable
and the quality top class. I’ve no doubt that we will us them again!

I've had a few items custom made with Burt and Gurt jewellery. Eternity rings, a knot ring and even melted my late mother's jewellery down to make me a belcher chain and ankh pendant. Buying an engagement ring for my fiancé was an absolute minefield. I did not know where to start. Thankfully I was introduced to Mark & Jaycee who made the whole ordeal such a pleasant one. They showed me samples that were within my budget & came up amazing ideas to what they thought my fiancé may have wanted based on my descriptions & pictures of her taste in clothing & jewellery. The outcome was a stunning cushion cut diamond nestled around smaller diamonds. SHE LOVED IT!

Communication was amazing & they kept me posted on the progress of the ring & constantly sent me images of the ring as it was getting made. Memories I will keep forever.

My experience with Burt & Gurt was so good that I had no question in my mind on where to go for our wedding bands. Again the whole process was such a smooth sailing one. They listened to our needs & made us the PERFECT wedding bands. I am especially proud of them because & I had quite the input in the design. I couldn't decide whether to go for Platinum or Rose Gold. They suggested on both. An outer ring of Platinum & an inner ring of Rose Gold with custom engraving. SMASHED IT out the park & all within our budget.

I have had two gorgeous rings from the company now with both of my children’s names on. Love them.
The only criticism I have is that even though both white gold they look different colours which is a shame as they’re next to each other. When I asked them on cleaning tips they never replied just said it’ll eventually match… but 1yo it still doesn’t . So customer service could be a little better but overall I would recommend :-)
