Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Get asked to fill out a form? Yeah, they won't subsequently look at it for a week. Contact them via chat? Good luck with that other than "you are important" when you know damn well you aren't.
If you can get your medication/services elsewhere, do that instead.

Burst Health are convenient and timely…

Burst Health are convenient and timely with my prescription. Ordering and paying is simple and they constantly communicate about approval and delivery via text message.
It's a great online service that's for sure and I highly recommend to others to use.

Too expensive!

Too expensive!! $800 every 4 weeks for ongoing medication!! Much more expensive than other providers with no added benefits. Phone call consultations (10second conversation) aren’t worth the extra money. Reliable service though.
