IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR CONTACT THEM
Trying to place an order. My bank declined to pay as the requesting name was Burnitup and not Worldpay, their phone number cuts off after a min. or so, their chat does not work, and their email address is coming up as invalid.
All sounds a bit dodgy to me!
Your reply, TWO AND A HALF YEARS FROM WHEN I LEFT THIS REVIEW - is hilarious! I can't even remember after all these years who you are, and there definately was no conversation earlier today by telephone as you state.
Nothing wrong with my bank, I just haven't even tried to pay you anything for years.
I don't know who you are, but I recommend after this lying reply you avoid them like the plague.

We did miss your initial phone call.
During our conversation, we also confirmed that Worldpay is the payment processing company and our business is Burn It Up - payments are not declined by a bank due to the name of the payment processing company.
You have in the past successfully purchased from us with no problem at all. We did advise that you can to speak to your bank with regards to any issues you are having with payments. We then cancelled your order as requested by you, during our conversation.
