I just started using this product last week and completed my first 3 day fast cycle. What a difference it made for me and I found that I wasn't hungry at all after the first day. I could feel my body changing and energy building after day 2. Didn't lose all 50 lbs I have planned, but put a nice dent in it and this product definitely helped with my mindset - reset!

First Time Fasting
This was my first time fasting (other than before surgeries). The guidance helped so much. Every hour and day was a great feeling of accomplishment, realization of my mental strength, and a renewed trust in my body. I also lost 5+ pounds! I haven't been able to move that scale number down for almost 3 years now, no matter what I tried. It's been a couple of weeks now since the fast and I'm still down about 3-4 pounds. I did change some things in my diet though, but nothing drastic. I can't wait for my next fast. I'm planning on doing it monthly. I'm 51, post menopausal.

Great Product
My only complaint is of the four drinks, the only one I wasn't keen on was the bone broth, but hey, great product for fasting! Down six pounds. Whoo Hoo!

Mind over matter.
Day 1 was easy peasy in my opinion. I was a bit hungry but the daily substances helped alot! And I lost 5# within the first 24 hrs!
Day 2 was a bit tough, I was hungry as I approached 36 hr .. think I wasn’t drinking enough water because as soon as I drank another bottle of water I was better.
Day 3 was back to easy but the gym, didn’t have much strength and it was all grit ..
I woke up before my alarms, and was alert within 10 min of waking up where it usually takes me about an hour to be alert.

I was skeptical
I was skeptical. I did lose 8 pounds in 3 days. I didn’t have any cravings during the fast. I carried it over an additional day. Can’t wait to do it again.

Good, but some struggles
Honestly, just spending the money made me more committed. The fast itself wasn’t awful and the packets help, but I have kids and making them breakfast, school lunches, and dinner and watching them eat was hard… really hard. I also have a constant fear that I have done something wrong and my body isn’t in ketosis and it will be for not, so if there was a way to test that or more guidance on exactly how to know that would be helpful.

Highly recommend Burnbox!
The Burnbox program is really knowedgeable. The reading material is really informative. I had some anxiety about fasting for a prolonged period, but now on day 4 and really starting see the effects from it. The supplement powders are great! Highly recommend it!

Total scam! Cancelled my subscription then got another box and charged $160 for some packets of bone broth and electrolytes. Told them I had cancelled and they did not refund me. Waste of money!
