App, Points and Gift Card Problems
I have been having problems with the Burger King app on my two Samsung tablets. I have sent many emails to them telling them of the problems. The latest problem was trying to use it at a local BK. I needed to use points before I lost them. I then saw that I have enough points for an Impossible Burger, which I requested. I was told by the clerk that I need to show the code. When I tried to get the code the app closes. I tried and then it asked for the code on my BK Gift Card. I then put it in on the app. Still no code to be found and the app kept closing. The manager then came and my husband and I explained the situation that we wanted to redeem the code for the Impossible Burger. I showed her the app when I chose the item, then again it closed. When I started I had $38.01 on the BK Gift Card, which it does show on the app on the tablet. But, when swiping the gift card, the card showed ZERO on it. That is not right that the app does not work and I am out $38.01 on the gift card. We Not only did NOT get the food, as I was hungry since I just got out of the hospital, We LOST out on using the points that showed 1160 points. The manager threw us out and told us never to come back. I kept telling Burger King of the app problems and now my gift card is showing $0 when I started it had a balance. I even sent a letter to BK explaining this and attached a copy of my receipt from my previous purchase when I used the gift card at that same restaurant, the balance is $38.01. Burger King WILL NOT REPLY to our needs or help us in any way.
I got a reply from Burger King with a special code that I need to use when ordering. Luckily that does work. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER OBTAIN A BURGER KING GIFT CARD!!!
Lazy workers but decent food
In Michigan Charlotte they drive through always takes at least 15 mins to get threw it and the food isn’t even fresh and hot like it should be and whenever I call up there no one answers the phone and all I wanted was to ask about my application I put in. Clearly I don’t wanna work there is they aren’t even doing there jobs right or fast enough

I went to burger king just now and it was a terrible experience, My order wasnt made right the first time. I had a double cheeseburger only bbq sauce and it didnt have any so I asked for bbq sauce on it and the cook/grill employee took the burger to fix it for me but the drive thru lady (shift manager) told him no that they cant take it back and to make me a new one. She threw mine away and they made a new one but the new one was a just a cheeseburger, and when I said it was a double cheeseburger she got upset and then told them she needs another patty. so she hands me a cheeseburger and just plain hamberger patty and told me to make it myself. I asked them to do it and said I paid for a double cheeseburger, she got very upset and said she has to throw it away too and make another one. So finally made another one. All while my fries were very cold at this point and I asked her if my fries are cold now can she heat them or make hit ones but halfway thru the sentence she walked away and said she isnt taking anything back and told me tough. She refused to help any longer and yelled at her employees to not talk to me only because i was asking about my french fries. Totally disrespected me and talking to me like im garbage treated me like trash so I left and frusturated and very sad because I was treated so badly. Extremely horrible to me, I couldnt believe it. The burger king at 11761 Beach Blvd Jacksonville Fl should be shut down and every employee, especially the "manager", banned from working in any industry except maybe sanitation. Some involving touching poop with their hands. The service is deplorable, the employees simply DO NOT CARE and the food is always cold or at best warm, indicating no care was taken in its preparation. And considering how long it takes to receive an order, I was expecting steam coming off it or being so hot it would have to cool a bit. I didn't see any animals so I assume no slaughtering was involved. If you order online and expect the order to be accurately delivered, forget it. I would wager several items missing, not what was ordered or poorly packaged. Just boycott this poor excuse for a restaurant and maybe a decent one will replace it. BK should be ashamed of itself for falling so far from when it was a great place to have a meal.

Well, I must say despite the fact that most of the BKs are disappearing in the US, I actually got some good service from the one on Columbus BLVD in South Philly, and also near the PATCO station in Lindenwold, NJ. This is basically my first Positive review on something.

I’d say we cannot be beat in kindness, politeness, and understanding…but Perryville, MO Burger King is JUST as wonderful! I have an autistic 4 year old, so it meant the world when they didn’t rush me, no matter how many cars were behind us. The food was hot and delicious as well! Definitely my favorite place to go now :)
Burger King isn't what it used to be
Burger King isn't what it used to be, even from just a few years ago. The burgers are completely bland and flavorless, What happened to the grilled taste, it is no longer, the grill marks are there but the flavor is completely lacking. We used to be big fans, but now not so much. Basically, you are eating a tasteless patty that tastes like the condiments that are on the burger.
My second gripe is you receive lukewarm burgers. Understandably, people are litigation-happy in today's society, but lukewarm food is ridiculous!! When you are expecting a fresh hot burger and it is not, it is not a good experience. If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would have gone to a sandwich shop, not a burger restaurant.
Sorry BK, I give you 2 maybe 3 more years in the US unless drastic improvements are made, if not your restaurant is history.

Was at the location on General Booth, Virginia Beach, Va. Visit doesn't deserve one star for grading, but you have to select one. All I wanted was a chicken sandwich and onion rings from the drive thru. Had to repeat my order 3x before I got the sandwich >>> ONLY through then was asked if I wanted anything else -> ???????? After completing my order, I got to the paying window and had to wait for the employee to get off HIS PHONE, while leaning against the sliding window, before I could pay. I was tempted to just LEAVE, but I like the sandwich. While finally taking my payment, I never was greated or got a thank you. When getting my food, it was the same guy, no verbal communication at all, just handed me my bag and closed the window. When looking in it, my onion rings were TOSSED IN UPSIDE DOWN!!!!!! I'm done going here with that kind of crappy service!!!!

After a 20 minutes wait at the drive-thru, I was asked to go inside the store and get in line to pick up the order myself during the pandemic. I kindly asked her to please hand me the order through the window as I've had already waited about 20 minutes, but the Burger King employee refused to serve the order.
