I placed the order with no issues and was notified the next day that the phone case had been shipped. It is now out for delivery. I like the variety to choose from and further my wife has been using hers for a while and is very satisfied with the quality of the case..

I recently purchased a tough MagSafe phone case, matching power bank and a strap to compels the look.

The phone case and power bank colours are extremely misleading on their website, meaning the strap now doesn’t match. The phone case also came with a severe scratch on one side.

As you can appreciate, after spending approximately £140 on these items I was left extremely unhappy. I contacted them immediately explaining the above and was offered a replacement case to be sent in the post, however took no responsibility for the colouring being misleading and the strap not matching. I’ve been advised I have to send back the strap, but at my expense and they are only offing a 15% reduction for the case? It gets better, they said they will refund this via gift card?!

Since me stating that I’d like the replacement sent as they originally advised and that I’d like them to cover the cost of the return due to all the inconvenience they are ignoring me.

Please do not be fooled by the premium look, as it’s not what they make it out to be.

Ordered a warm beige case (almond latte) which turned up a pink/lilac colour. Obviously unhappy with that as I didn’t order a pink design. Customer service has been terrible - apparently it’s absolutely fine for it to turn up a different colour and if I’m not happy then I have to pay to send it back to an address in Lithuania, which is obviously expensive. They refused to consider an exchange for a quality checked product, and instead offered a whole £2 off my order… I wouldn’t recommend at all from the lack of customer service considering how expensive these cases are.

They did not match at all! Differently colour tones and the covers were made of completely different materials

When i emailed she conpany, they ignored ne and this problem

Website is great
Cases are quite expensive for what they are though. It would be nice to lower the price of all of them and skip the 4 for 2 deals really. Good quality though - my last case from here lasted 3 years and kept the phone very well protected.

The shipping was a little dodgy -- I had to google search to find out why it wasn't updating past customs and then follow it via USPS. But it arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it and is a quality product.

Easy to order on website, tons of beautiful phone cases to chose from and prices are great. Phone cases are gorgeous, very colorful, vibrant and very durable.

Order it’s so simple and fast even for Greece and the shipping. Only the price is little expensive but if you buy case BURGA for your phone at least you know your phone it’s gonna be safe forever.

I LOVE their products. I have a few phone covers and they are the best on the market. They may be a bit pricier than others but they last, they don’t damage if you drop them and they look amazing too
