I baught a portable water RO purifier from them on Amazon last year. It’s only worked once for about two weeks and then stopped working, I’ve had it for about a year and can’t get hold of anyone for help with it. The instructions make no sense at all. And it was a lot of money to buy. Can’t understand this company at all. Do not buy from them!
I placed my order for an Aircon, with next day delivery promised, on 11/07/22, my order was acknowledged and soon after I received confirmation of shipment along with an APC Overnight tracking number.
Up until that point it all seemed fine and very efficient, but unfortunately thats as far as it got. The Aircon never arrived and APC confirmed they had never received the item from Burfam.
Many email and phone calls later I made no progress because the emails went unanswered and the phone number given on the web site, a mobile number was never answered and went to voicemail, which was always full.
I wondered if it was all a scam, or if the company had gone under, or if they were just totally useless, but I never received the item or any further communication from Burfam Products. I still do not know why.
6 months later I have finally got my money back from the credit card company as a chargeback.
It looks to me that others have had similar experiences.
I will never go near Burfam Products again!
Update on my previous review: emails are going unanswered, voicemail is full and everything on the website is out of stock. I strongly suspect this business is going under.
Zero stars! Completely useless liars! Ordered on Amazon and they have been saying it come tomorrow every day since 12th (now 24th) DO NOT BUY - do not trust - buy elsewhere at all costs
They took my money and issued a false tracking number for APC Overnight. Item hasn’t been delivered. Their phone is permanently on answerphone and a message says the answerphone is full.
Truly awful company. Ordered air conditioning unit. Promised next day - took 3 days. Immediately obvious it was faulty (thermostat didn’t work) - called and emailed but no-one returned calls. Used credit card recharge to reclaim cost; Burfam had the nerve to challenge the judgement! Avoid, avoid, avoid…
Pretty sure this is a scam!
Ordered an AC unit, they promise next day delivery, it’s been days and no unit.
They provided a APC shipping reference 4 days ago, but it doesn’t exist on their website.
I’ve rang Burfam 6 times in the last 2 days, each time they promised a call back, and I’ve not got one.
Every time you call it goes through to ‘reception’, and they can’t put you through to the team as they say they’re all busy, hence why you’ve ended up on ‘reception’.
