Booked a digital GP appointment; cleared my diary; waited 45 mins and despite being informed GP was vino g, no one arrived. Fed this back - after couple of emails back and forth got a call and promise to follow up and explain. Received a call whilst I was on another call - offered times that I would be available- no response or call. Secondly had skin Analytics home AI review. Didn’t receive the promised report on results simply a message from Bupa to book a consultant appointment- so I summised that there was an issue to be followed up; I had to call Bupa (who also didn’t have the report), emailed skin analytics and still don’t have the report. Seeing consultant without report. I asked Bupa to escalate it, said they would. Heard nothing.

The digital gp system is useless. GPs are clearly instructed to avoid referrals. I've spent nearly a year trying to get a referral, Bupa GPs fobbed me off. Finally got a referral, Bupa tried to deny the claim even though it is clearly covered by the policy. Finally got a pre authorisation after complaining, let's see if I have further problems

The lady who helped me was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient and clear with her explanations. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes.

Thank goodness for BUPA. Everything was wonderful: the first telephone enquiry, the 30-minute phone chat and most of all the consultation. I rang on Friday, got an appointment on Wednesday, saw an extremely professional consultant, waited ten minutes for an X-ray and another fifteen minutes for the results. The consultant explained everything clearly and concisely and outlined all options, explaining the pros and con's of each. As always, I am extremely impressed with BUPA.

Really easy to complete the paperwork, swift response with a selection of consultants and times to suit me. The process to book was easy and straightforward. Communication was up to date, easy to access and quickly done. Fully reccommend BUPA for anyone to have some peace of mind.
