Wrong communication with deliveroo
Ordered buns from home from deliveroo a few hours ago, and they sent me a piece of focaccia (?) instead of a ham and cheece bun. Dissapointing. :( And I have no idea how that could happen.

Poor customer service
Attended Sloan square brunch this Friday 30th June.
Buns delicious but not happy about paying £17 for 4 buns only to find when I left shop that I was given 3 buns.

Absolutely delicious buns! Always freshly baked & cooked to perfection - Cinnamon, Pistachio, Banana & Custard are our faves... My daughter loves them so much, that we got a selection of buns this year for her birthday instead of a cake... We go to the Holland Park store, the staff are always polite & friendly which is definitely a bonus...👌🏽
