Very unprofessional, they just dont care. Dont go there

I attended the day hospital on the 27th July 26, for a minor procedure and can't complain at all about my time there.
But I am not impressed that they forgot to send out my biopsy to my doctor while I was waiting on the edge of my seat for 3 and a half weeks. If I hadn't phoned to ask what was happening, it would still be sitting there. All I got was "Oops, sorry, I'll send it out now". It seems once they have your money your on your own and it's not their worry.
It seems @wholes sub-continent medical profession is what we now have to accept.

They responded to the review, which I now see had disappeared, and asked me to email them so they can look into it, which I did; no response there as well.
A cowboy operation, grab the money now, who gives royal f@rt.!

***Three more days have passed, and still nothing has been received by my doctor. They were sending it out immediately!
