Same as the other review here. I placed an order on 01/11/2025 and still have not received it. I contacted via the form and was advised it would be sent the following week but no tracking information sent and the order did not arrive and still listed on the site as unfulfilled. I have tried multiple times this week to reach out to find out when I’ll receive my order and now they just won’t respond to me. There is also no phone number so you can’t call them and no way of requesting a refund. They’ve basically stolen $200 from me at this point and I have no resolution in site.
Update 14/12/25: they have sent notification they are refunding me in full but I believe only because I made a complaint anywhere I could. But I’m glad I at least am getting my money back. I still would not recommend this company for anyone.

I was really excited to order a pair of personalised Converse for my partner as part of his Christmas present. Before placing an order, I checked that the Bump Shoes website was legitimate by looking at Instagram, Facebook, Trustpilot and other reviews. Everything seemed fine, so I decided to go ahead. Unfortunately, my experience has not been a positive one. I have not received my order, and at this point I don’t expect to, given the time that has passed and the lack of communication from the Bump Shoes team.
