Cancelled one of the towels in my order due to out of stocks. I emailed to ask for a replacement colour but no one replied. I had to re-order the missing item so missed out on the multi-buy discount.

Strong 4mm thick cotton braided cord with free delivery
Wide range of cords in various thicknesses, lengths and colours. I wanted cotton cord 4mm thick for fastening items to garden furniture, braided so ends do not unravel. Excellent quality, strong, smooth, easy to use and tie knots. Free delivery so overall price was lower than other suppliers who charge for delivery. Offer "buy 3 get 15% off" so I also purchased 2mm braided cord in 2 colours & lengths to use as string. The 4mm cord is on a spool but the 2mm lengths, 25m and 50m, were coiled and I fear may get tangled when used. I would prefer these on a spool even if they cost a bit more.
