I sent coins off to them in January. I have emailed, called to staff member and te text several times. Not only did they fall to send out all paperwork as it happened, but sent me a link to my delivery. It didn't arrive, but tracking didn't recognise the number. So I have lost over £2500 in 13 coins. I will be taking legal action.

Personal service from Jonathan who efficiently made arrangements for me to sell my bars by visiting showroom.
Process was very easy and suitable checks were made.
After testing while I waited the sale proceeded at the spot price. There was no pressure to sell.
Payments were made to my bank account within 3 hours of sale and I received a follow up email to check that my money was safely in my bank account.

I found Bullion House via a Google search,called and made an appointment to see the Sales advisor Jonathan. Lovely office,great advice and very competitive pricing for the Gold coins that I wished to sell given by Johnathan.
I highly recommend Bullion House service was top notch and agreed sale price was transferred into my account in seconds.
