They use third party couriers for delivering of goods and have no contact information of tracking. Waited over a week for delivery but ended up being lost. Not amused.

purchased tower microwave june 13 2022 sparks coming from inside when you use burn marks inside and smells of burning have purchased a great number of items of this company and also for my son over the last few years phoned today to complain waste of time will not be doing any more custom with this company ever again not even a sorry my advice
won't deal with this company when other companies' replace or give refund

I am just letting you know that I think you have an amazing and outstanding employee. Emma didn't go the extra mile she literally must have done a marathon.
Emma did everything she could to find me the right oven. She even gave me her mobile number. I think people are quick to moan about customer service and write bad reviews and never give incredible customer service what it deserves.

We experienced outstanding customer service from this company who went above and beyond to help. Christmas 2021 I was struggling to find a company that could supply and fit a double oven in time for Christmas. Bulldog had ovens in stock so ordered a new double oven from them that arrived in A1 condition and paid for fitting. Problem was when the they took the old oven out it had been fitted to the work surfaces and had no fittings to fit the new oven. The men tried to problem solve and tried hard to fit it but they couldn’t so they contacted their boss and arranged for someone else to come the next day. The company sent someone the next day who built a surround to fit the oven in and charged no extra. We were so grateful. The oven is still working fine and I would definitely use this company in the future.

I would put 10 stars of I could for bulldog appliances. I phoned at 9am this morning with a issue with my fridge and by 2:30 pm I had a new one delivered and installed with excellent customer service from all members of staff and brilliant delivery service from Josh, you must not go anywhere else other than this wonderful family ran company.

Great service this has been the best experience I have ever had bought integrated fridge & freezer straight forward from purchasing to delivery & I was updated straight away as soon as I placed my order on delivery date etc,, ever the courier service was exellent,!! Had to change delivery date due to work comitments which my delivery date was then changed instantly to suit my situation best service I have experienced in a long time from any company.👍

Terrible customer service, waiting for an appointment to fix a fridge, no one came and no one called. Beware

I bought a washing machine 3 weeks ago. I had the best customer services for such a long time as these days nobody bothers to take any interest. The lady who served me was excellent, well mannered, knowledgable and very helpful.
I recommend them if you want to pay less and get exactly the same appliance as from big company then check their website, call them and arrange for a delivery .
