Signed up for the service and installation was done on 12/17.

Installation was poorly done and not completed.

Doorbell camera does not charge and the mounting plate is on shoddy, anyone can pull it off!

Second camera provided was an indoor camera and cannot be used because it only shows what is reflected behind the camera (the window blinds, not what’s happening outside).

Technician never activated the motion sensor.

Called and texted the technician on Friday, December 26, to schedule a time for him to come back and finish the install. Today is December 31 (yes, NYE) and no response has been received from him.

Contacted ADT/Bulldog on Monday 12/29 to inform them that I was not happy with their service so far and I want to cancel, because they have breached the contract by not providing the service that I signed for. Was told that I would get a call back from senior manager at bulldog with 24-48 hours (yes by NYE) and I have not heard anything from them today and I have called them twice and one call on hold for 30 minutes with no answer.

DO NOT USE ADT or Bulldog Security (Tx location), they are a scam and will not respond or provide you with the correct equipment, customer service or support!

ADT (via Bulldog Security) Has installers in the field who are committing fraud! A man came to my home to install my system. After he put the wall panel up he told me that I could not get cameras because I had Verizon internet. Shouldn’t he have asked that question before he even came out? Or before he put up the wall panel? I told him that it would be pointless then. Why would I need ADT without any cameras? He continued trying to upsell me, even after knowing that the system would not work with Verizon. He stated that all he needed was a part and to do some research and he’d be back the following week. He never came back. I called him and he kept reiterating that there was no part and that we can’t get cameras because we have Verizon. He threw this panel on our wall along with a few chimes on our door and left. He knew that system would not work! He simply just wanted to get paid off of the install. ADT has been trying to charge us since the day after he left. He also told us that our previous systems company was being sued. Welp! Come get the bs out of my home and cancel this contract or ADT will be joining them sir!

My Parents recently renewed with these guys. Got given a videodoorbell with the renewal price. Works great, didn't realise there was an app aswell for there alarm which the engineer managed to sort out for them. Can set the system now for when where away. Thanks again

Absolutely shocking service. Never answer the phone. Mobile number offered is never answered. Avoid at all costs!!!

A service was taken place today. I'm not usually a type of bloke to leave reviews on this platform. Young engineer today was a lovely chap had a nice talk about the football while my alarm was checked over. Has to be one of many to enjoy my brownies. Thanks again for our yearly check over. they came to my dads yesterday conned him out of nearly 3 grand lucky we where able to stop cheques also turned up again today to discuss cheques lucky we was there waiting

So far our experience with this Company has been excellent. Andrew Smalley, the salesperson gave a full explanation of the product and its uses with a very convincing argument why we should consider purchasing. Having decided on the product it was refreshing that the installation team would be able to come the next day. Ash and Dave, the alarm engineers were brilliant, working efficiently and professionally, informing us how to use the system step by step through all apps and operating etc. So far so good!

Scammers please avoid they take advantage of the vulnerable! They have taken £3000 for an ‘upgrade’ of my elderly grandmothers system, which has not been used in years. Obviously Bulldog are aware the system isn’t used as it’s ‘fully monitored’. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Next call trading standards!

Have had a Bulldog Security alarm system now for about 10 years and todays visit (Dec 2023) was for the annual service. Chris and Luke were very professional and efficient, replacing all batteries, checking the system, offering some security advice etc. We have been, and still are very happy with the system and the service from Bulldog.

The gentleman rang day before to give time, and was with in this time. They were very pleasant and made sure there feet were clean before coming in, and checked everything and changed what they had to with no hassle. They were in and out in no time at all

Reported a system message on 1st Nov they arranged for an engineer to visit they next day which they confirmed by text. Dave the engineer also sent text to say on way. Arrived on time and sorted the issue also carried out a full service to intruder and smoke alarms. Pleased with service

Had a Bulldog Security alarm system service and software update carried out on 25th Oct 2023.
Service engineer, Luke, rang me the previous afternoon to confirm visit time to within 30 mins. On the day Luke and Chris turned up bang on time with a cheery hello.
The service and update was carried out fully and promptly, with no mess made or left behind. Luke and Chris also checked the alarm system hardware and replaced a few batteries. Overall, a pleasing service experience from Bulldog.

Great company and always very helpful. I had a problem with system and appointment was arranged. Engineer (Jack) was really friendly and explained about the problem. Talked me through and rechecked everything. He couldn't had been more helpful.

The reviews for this company are very good. I have to say my experience hasnt been the best. Im trying to arrange an appointment as requested by the Management Company- to date I have made 4 calls & been told I will get a callback - nothing except someone calling to say the person I need to speak to is on holiday & expect a call w/b 25/9 - still nothing.
Apparently its a small company in which case you'd expect them to know who is on holiday & when they will be back. For this reason my first impressions/experiences aren't great!

The last twice we went on holiday the system registered a fault - no one turned out, they just called a neighbour who confirmed that everything seemed ok. The alarm went off numerous times over the next 24hours, each time the company just called a neighbour causing a nuisance to them - so we had to tell the neighbour to switch the alarm off, leaving the house unprotected. Since we returned from holiday no one from Bulldog has bothered to contact us to repair the system. We asked Bulldog for a refund on the remaining part of our 5 year contract as we have lost faith in them and was told that it was past the cancellation period so we couldn't get a refund even though there is over 2 years left to run. We now have a useless alarm system with a company who does not appear to care for their customers once they have signed you up. In any event, the company didn't come out to the repeated alarm malfunction which I think is in breach of their contractual arrangements. We now have an alarm system that we cannot use which is pointless. Would not recommend this company to anyone - very poor service and nothing like what was promised,

Immediate helpful response to concern and appointments made in good time Engineer very helpful and efficient. Full service completed advice given and fire alarm renewed at no cost. Very satisfied with system which I’ve had now for 10 years.

I had my yearly service and it went very well he was on time and polite
