First order was delivered smoothly. Placed an order on January 27th and received confirmation a shopping label was created…. And then nothing!! I have spent hours on their customer support chat trying to reach someone and have also sent multiple emails. I guess I’m out almost $200

Had to be solid and come correct my 1 star review I left because it was harsh and Im a man that can air himself out when he was wrong. Alot of packs got seized around February 4th but I have got ahold of them and they made it right for a long tome loyal customer I will be back with the BB fam after they showed they can take responsibility for a mishap. Most places wouldn't give you full credit but they did...solid company and I will only deal with them like I always have from now on.

I'm seing the reviews for this month and they seem pretty on point I don't know what's going on with bulkbuddy but they are going downhill I placed and order jan 20th the money was not accepted nor was I notified of the cancelled order found out a week later place an order again and have proven this one is lost but apparently they have to start their own service ticket with Canada post so now I have to wait not 2 or 3 weeks but over a month for a package because after 2 weeks of no response I got an email of them now telling me to wait until the 20th to get a refund and I spend at least 1k a month through me and my father and kids auntie so as far as customer service goes there is none the responses are as automated as the machines themselves

I made the payment as requested, money was accepted by Bulk Buddy and 3+ weeks later I am still waiting for my delivery.
Customer service is the worst. Emails go unanswered without further reminders. Response is tailored to them keeping the money and being incredibly unhelpful in resolving this issue. This isn't the first issue I have had with this site.

I made an order on the 24 January2026 was suposed to come for the first time on the 29 January 2026 but on the 29 January it was delay for friday the 30 January than again delay for 02 february and since no updates it did not move since the 26 January from Vancouver. I cant get help from admin was able to talk to me via email but all they say is

We do apologize, Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled entirely by the courier. We appreciate your patience and understanding

Its not my first order also so theres this but dont like the customer service for this one and been seing bad review from multiple user dont know what to do anymore

I have been using their site since June 2025. Recently I ordered and the package was lost/stuck in the mail. Money lost and 0 customer service.

I ordered and sent money and have yet to receive any type of update from them I've provided pictures of it all

Its been almost 2 weeks. I got my order number, i etransfered the money. And nothing. No response to
Either emails or online chat. Ive used them for over 5 years and have always been more than happy.

Sent them the money.. in full.
Their bank blocked the transaction which I found out by calling my bank..

Long story short 380$ wasted and no product .customer service went real quiet too.

Im taking my business elsewhere

So bulk buddy has been going to complete shit in the last 6 months. I have had a whole order not get sent to me. My friend she was missing half hers. Now this time I cant even get a hold of a single person. I think they have the a solution best deals around and best product. Problem is their customer service is ny far the worst I have ever seen. Things need to change. I've e.ailed and messaged them 20 times at least in last couple days. I habe been a.customer for almost 3 years. And this is not even a contest on how horrible their customer service is.

I'm not sure why this company isn't rated higher. I had a great experience ordering CBD Isolate powder from them. Wonderful strong product with certificate of analysis, which I depend on (ensures 99% purity) super fast shipping and packaging was top notch!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Placed an order with them, sent the e-transfer said pending/sent so called my bank and they cancelled it and said to try again same thing is happening again. Been trying to get in contact with them and nothing can’t get an answer so just be careful when sending an e-transfer

I have used this site for about a year now and haven’t had any problems until now, I placed an order recently however my order was cancelled before I paid and therefore my money was taken without any order being placed. I have emailed bulk buddy but haven’t had any answer yet after almost a week, not sure what to do as I would like to place another order and get my product soon! But I want to make sure I receive a refund first…

i pass an order with bulk buddy, forgot to put my unit number on the order so post canada came but didnt left the package and say it went back to the expeditor and i need to contact them but its been 2 week multiple attemps and im not able to have a response from bulk buddy

I purchased an order on December 26, 2025 and never got it, no refund no exchange nothing at all with no explanation and when I went to send a email I was just talking to ai, I don’t recommend

Pineapple Express was frosty and flavorful, exactly as described. Strong head high, perfect for daytime.

Strains were fresh and potent, but one bag had a few seeds. Still happy with the price and quick shipping across Canada.
