Horrible fake whey protein
I ordered the chocolate whey protein. It tastes so bad, it tastes like how burnt hair smells. On top of that it's not whey protein, it's a mix of whey and soy. It's was discounted when I bought and the taste is obviously why, it's a bad batch.
Horrible company, they shouldn't be sending stuff like that out. 5kg and it's only good for the bin.
Pay the extra and get your protein from MyProtein.
Edit: They're trying to say they can't find my account to make it look like a fake review. The review is real. Order # 7022492378, this email matches my bulk account email. Honestly this matches perfectly with the rest of my experience with these scumbags.

Great value... but they use Evri who are terrible couriers
I looked around and Bulk had the best prices for the supplements I wanted - notable cheaper than the big brand I used to buy from.
The quality/effectiveness seems just as good - I can't see any difference.
The only difference I've found is their EAAs taste pretty bitter and I don't recall the other brand tasting much of anything.
But nothing about 6 spoons of cocoa can't just about mask if I take the EAAs in a shake and hold my nose.
So very happy with the product, prices etc.
The delivery was really quick but some feedback - please do not use Evri, or offer a different courier as well!
That is the only reason this is a 4* and not a 5* review.
Evri are really poor at the delivery end - people in our flats have their stuffed dumped in the lobby if they are lucky and sometimes outside the building. Residents have had parcels vanish from both.
Evri has also said they've delivered when they haven't or delivered to houses up the street when our address is clearly a block of flats.
I don't especially blame the couriers - it seems like they are very overworked. And I do have friends who have had a good Evri courier in their area for years. But definitely not in our area and if you read the press, it's clearly a widespread problem.
But this low-cost, terrible-service model means I won't buy some things if I know Evri are the courier (and not will my neighbours) - I didn't know Bulk used them when I ordered.
Bulk - it's a possibility I wouldn't buy from you again just because of Evri, even though your supplements are excellent.
If you do keep using them - and I appreciate you won't change because of just one review, though you might if others agree - perhaps offer a more reliable courier as an alternative for customers, even if that means we have to pay a little more. Thanks!
