This company sends out product in bags with defective zip clips and in some cases only one side of the bag has the strip in either case you can't seal the bags. I wouldn't complain except it has happened with multiple bags. When I contacted their service department the first time they told me to transfer the product into a zip lock baggie. So I gave it a try, now imagine a 2.2lb bag of fine powder and you try to pour it into a zip lock bag. First how do you hold the zip lock open with one hand and pour the bag with the other it was a mess and produced a cloud of powder all over the kitchen. The second and third time I got defective bags and contacted customer service they basically said there was nothing the could do. I said I never had a problem with bag strip with any other company and suggested better quality control and a better quality bag strip. The just blew me off and said clean the strip. (If there is a working one) Do they expect the client to clean it throughout the period you have it. Really bad customer Service.

I finally received my product and it is definitely not what I ordered, it is a blend of other herbs put together to try to imitate the herb I purchased. I've been using goldenseal root powder for over 40 years and can not be fooled. Shame on them. They make it hard to return products, so in the garbage it goes. I will never trust anything from these unethical people to go into my body and either should you, who knows what the damage it could cause. Stay away from this company - it’s a scam!!! I never received my package after patiently waiting and following along with their “tracking”. I followed up when the package said delivered and I did not receive it. First they sent an image of the label, claiming it was delivered by USPS. I spent time asking my carrier and speaking with the post office only to find this was not a USPS tracking number. Nor was it UPS or FEDEX. When I sent this info back, I was sent a new tracking number, which was a USPS number - but that number corresponded to a package that did not have my address on it. uSPS advised that this is a scam - STAY AWAY!!! They take your money and don’t deliver. Don’t believe the site when they say things are insured in case of damage or non-delivery. That is not true. PURCHASE AT YOUR RISK!!!!

Needed something for a Wizard of Oz “whimsical cocktail” attire event and this headband fit the bill. Very cute, made well, and stayed put without being too tight. Perfect for the price as well.

Bought to build a Spider-Man based costume and needed something that would take the HTV design. We bought the medium, my daughter wears a 7/8. It was a good fit before and after washing - no shrinking detected.

Fits just slightly larger than true to size. Great quality fabric. It’s very heavy, especially when just washed but instructions say not to put in the clothes dryer. Takes an awfully long time to air dry. Has anyone put theirs in the dryer?? I’d love to know how it came out if anyone has experimented.

I have spent a lot of money on good tshirts before. I am greatly surprised how wonderful these are.
