I ordered what I seen on television that I thought might have suited me.But what I got was a trick-or-treat type of product that is nonsense.I want my money back everything.

I simply cannot believe this site is *still* being hosted.... It's a complete and total scam. Look up the address and you will find it doesn't exist at all. They use AI for their email responses, and try to say the order was delivered. They weren't. They never existed in the first place.

NOTE: If you order from *any* website, and the tracking system they use is "17Track", *immediately* request (DEMAND) a refund. I was actually successful once! Good thing, too, because it was actually a $450 item! They didn't even try to screw around because I laid out exactly how it was going to go. Package had been "shipped" and everything. As soon as I saw 17track, I knew it was a lie.

This site used to have a picture of a young-ish husband & wife to try to add some legitimacy to it but it seems to be taken offline by now.

DO NOT order from here. It is a scam. 100%. I wish I could share the (obviously AI generated) email responses from them.

Scam. Run away. If you personally have a connection for taking this site offline, do the internet community at large a favor and use that connection.

This company is fraudulent with its customer. I had multiple attempts at orders being sent out and when the order arrived in my area my husband and I were home and have a ring camera. No delivery service stopped/knocked/or even rang our Ring Camera. I received a notification that attempt was made unsuccessfully and the parcel was being sent to Mail Recovery Department and for me to start a mail recovery ticket. Complete waste of money and time.

I ordered two sweaters in mid August 2025 and it's now November 2025 and I still have not received my order. I've been in contact with "Customer service" to only be told to be patient with their shipping. Many excuses from Customer service none of which are valid (eg. Canada Post is on strike but, yesterday I received a parcel from Canada Post). I consider this fraudulent activity and will be reporting such to the Credit card company. Hope I can get a reversal of the charge. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered bras that clearly offered multiple cup sizes, with pictures of women with significantly bigger breasts than myself. I waited 2 months for delivery! What I received was a very flimsy set of bras in the correct width around, but with a small (probably B size cup) despite having ordered an F. The bras I ordered were 46F and what I received was a 7x, no cup measurement at all. When I pursued a refund for false advertising of their sales product, I was offered a $4 refund on a $40 order! In subsequent emails back and forth, their refund offers have gone from $4 to $7 to $9 and now to $11 on my $40 purchase. Do youself a favor and shop on Temu! They actuately describe their products, shipping is usually about 2 weeks, and if you do need to ask for a refund, you get immediate full compensation.

Got the The Bible In A Year: A 52-Week Journey Through God's Word(hard cover) received it bent the cover is soft and is different from what I ordered the pages didn’t match up.

I reached out to the company to ask what delivery service they used several times via email and have not received their answer to my question. I now see many warnings about them being a scam and buyer beware! I'm so thankful I saw this and will NOT be ordering anything from them.

I ordered a pack of bras that they were offering on sale on Instagram and Facebook. When I made the purchase the original price was $36.04, an amount that I approved and purchased through Paypal. After 3 hours the price changed to $46.85, I immediately tried to cancel the order and the only information from the store was this: "藍熱貿易有限公司" and I tried to send communication and therefore this does not exist in American terms. I informed Paypal and they also do not have different information. So unfortunately this is a SCAM. Do not buy any product from this Company, they manipulate the prices and never answer. To date, I have not received any communication from them or explanation of what happened. If I could, I would cancel their accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and thus avoid scams and thefts like what happened to me. THEY ARE REAL SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

The bras are worthless. I also had to pay postage. Watch what you buy. They don't offer refunds or care that they have taken you to the cleaners.only gave 1 star so I could post. -10 is my rating

I ordered 3, what they claimed to be cooling mats for dogs. What a joke! They're nylon fabric with a thin layer of fiber filler. Neither are cooling. I placed my hand on one for a few minutes and with my own body heat, it started warming up quickly. Not suitable at all for cooling. It took over a month to get them. As soon as I saw what a joke they were, I contacted them for a refund and return. They claim a 25 hr response that took 5 days. They offered yesterday, a $7 refund. Today a $11 was offered. I'm wanting my full refund of $41.17. I sent photos as requested and my receipt as proof of purchase.

I order three bras from you and they are to small. I think these are nice bras. I can't figure out how to return these and get another size. Please advise how to exchange them.

The sizes are NOT correct. I ordered bras in my size. What came in is 2 cups smaller. I ask to return for refund but they don't take returns. Don't waste your money or time with these scammers.

I ordered the "3 'wonderful' bras that you advertise as Great for large breasts. First they were to arrive quickly, and of course, fit perfectly! They 'finally' arrived June 18, 2025 and even without putting it on, were made so cheap and only had a 'pad' in the area of support. After I tried it on, it had absolutely NO SUPPORT at all! I ordered 2 - 2025 Budget planners. The first issue - the website has so many pop ups that it's hard to recognize when your order is complete. I placed the same order twice before I realized the first order was accepted. I was able to catch duplicates before shipping. Money was refunded. Second issue -
The planners arrived and they were 5x7 vs. the larger size featured on the website. The print was so small it wasn't easy to read. Third issue - I asked for return shipping labels to return the items. They started telling me the cost to return was too expensive, even though I followed their return policy. They NEVER gave me the price to return or supplied a return label. They told me they could only refund $7US on a $40 purchase. There is no place to go for recourse. They are HORRIBLE and dishonest.

Ordered key chain bunnies for Easter and never received them even though they say it was delivered tracking still shows it in transit.

Scammers! Never got packages from them! Liars bad people rip off at us. They don’t even deserve a one star. First they say it’s been delivered then they say wrong tracking number then they say something else on and on for the past five months I want my money back I’m going to PayPal now.

If zero starts was an option.. I ordered the eyebrow pen it came but took like 6 7 weeks I liked it so I ordered another and it says delivered to neighbor as requested I asked around and nothing I reached out to them n they told me check the nearest ups but gave me like 3 different tracking number smh

I would give ZERO stars if available! I ordered the dragons for my grandsons. It took months for them to arrive. Once they did i was very disappointed to find that the spikes on the dragons were way too sharp for a child to play with! I kept emailing them asking for a return label/refund. They would only offer me me a small compensation because they feel sorry i not happy. They would not send me a label or allow me to return them!

Actually ZERO stars. Total scammers. I waited 6 weeks on my order before they happily announced my package had already been delivered ten days earlier. It was never delivered. They refuse to show proof it was delivered and will not refund my money. Avoid these thieves.
