Dishonest company horribly made products that are not even close to an ORTHOPEDIC SHOE! BUYER BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!!

I FINALLY received my second pair of overpriced cheaply made plastic shoes in my initial order for $45 each. The sneaker w/ orthopedic support had no such support whatsoever and is too narrow & short. Don’t be fooled by pictures of cute styling or the earnest descriptions of their quest for quality supportive shoes that even a doctor wears! These are just cheap, plastic shoes. Does it look like cork? It’s a plastic strip near the sole. “Breathable” just means there are little holes in the plastic. Want to return it b/c it doesn’t fit? Have fun. The cheapest shipper charges ~$28 for a 1# package going to Hong Kong. A lot of bother to save $16 dollars and then w.a.i.t for another month for the refund to hit my credit card. No thank you. Will donate the shoes to Goodwill. I wish I had read these reviews before spending my money on these cute looking AWFUL shoes!

Quality shoes at affordable price! I’m retiring in 3 months and plan on walking everyday and searched for Best Walking Shoes and glad I selected these!

I am pleased with the slippers I purchased from Bulepods. The quality is great and the comfort is amazing. I originally received the wrong size, but customer service diligently worked with me to see it was corrected. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this product.

Terrible, I just left a review on FB.
The slippers we purchase ( very pricey) were not the high quality that they were advertised as. Cheap, hard inside, unsupportive, no comfort. They refused to give us a full refund. Shame on them for such poor customer service.
Very unfortunate. We addressed the issue immediately upon receiving the slippers .

I wouldn't even give it a 1 Star. False advertisement of merchandise. It's junk. They do not have a phone number and you have to go thru Paypal, which is another joke. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Bulepods on 11/14/25 for $115.97. They also charged me for a pair of insoles I did NOT order. When I got the shoes, I found that they didn’t fit my feet properly upon trying on ONE pair. I contacted the company on 12/1/25 to ask for a return address. Per their return policy I was within the 30 days to return the items for full credit. No where in the policy only does it state anything about a “fee” to return their products. After several attempts by the company to get me to keep the shoes for small credits, I finally convinced them to send me the return address and ship the items back to them at my expense. Then I was informed of a $20 return charge that would be deducted. I agreed because I cannot wear the shoes. So my credit was to be $95.97. The returned items arrived at their warehouse on 12/17/25 according to USPS tracking. I have been fighting with them ever since to get my credit back. It is now 2/1/26 and they are refusing to even answer my emails. I have copies of all the emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.

I ordered some slippers in good faith through them they arrived they were utter rubbish. I returned them at my own cost I have sent so many emails you would not believe it. I was offered £10 back from the £38.98 I told them no. Again today I got another email to say he had put £30 back in my bank he is a liar and a thief I have reported them to action fraud and trading standards they now will be investigated. DO NOT purchase from these thieves hopefully trading standards will put a stop to them this has been going on since the 8/12/25 I just hope that Karma will come to them

DO NOT buy from this scam of a company. Not only are their products complete garbage, but so is the company and customer service. They do not honor the "easy return policy, nor the satisfaction guaranteed policy" IF you can get someone from customer service to respond, they offer you a low ball amount refund and you can keep the product. Even when you accept a ridiculous offer, they then NEVER send you the money. I have been disputing it with Paypal for over 3 months and ultimately they lied to paypal enough that they declined the dispute even with documented emails showing that they offered the refund and never sent. STAY AWAY!!!! SCAMMERS!!!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE WALKING SHOES. I ORDERED THE CORRECT SIZE FOR MY FEET AND I CAN'T EVEN PIT THESE FLIMSY, CHEAP CHINESE GARBAGE SHOES ON.

This is a scam company. They say on their website “easy returns, satisfaction guaranteed” - this is a lie. They won’t refund your money, your satisfaction is zero priority to them. They are rude and dishonest. BEWARE- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Any internet apparel company should have a process for returns. Their process is to screw you over in the rudest way they can.

These are cheap and not at all what was advertised. Buyer beware.

It's a shame you have to give them a star! Most horrible shoes ever bought! Cheap plastic and they claimed comfort. This company should be forced to shut down! Fooling the consumer is very wrong!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!. Also when you want to return they want to give up less!

Terrible! Ordered shoes in April, received Chinese knock-offs of a reputable brand, they were cheaply made and weren't even close to fitting. When trying to return items for a refund, they gave me a run-around. Communication was painfully slow with them asking questions that were already answered. I paid for shipping the return and in July, I received half my money back. There was a total of 24 emails of communications with having to wait 24 to 48 hours for each response.

By the way, their website claims free returns. NOT TRUE!

Stay away from this company. Their shoes are terrible and not orthopedic. Expedited shipping still took 3 weeks, and they make it almost impossible to return.

This company is a SCAM!! waited forever for the shoes to actually come..they were supposed to be good orthopedic shoes for my mother since she's older and her feet are hurting.. NOT ONLY were they a cheap plastic, (not orthopedic)...they were also 2 different size shoes!!! I disputed the order with PayPal and course they sided with the company so not getting a refund smh! Have to call PayPal now and see if I can dispute it again now. So far though I'm out $80 now and my mother needs different shoes!
