Stick to delivery claims instead of asking for feedback
This review may change depending on when/if I get my order, any 'customer service' I get in the meantime, the quality of product and the state it arrives in i.e. damaged or not.
The Bulbbarn.co.uk website says "Most orders placed before 1pm PST will ship the same day, except for certain part and freight orders which may ship the following business day." on their shipping policy page. I placed my order on the 7th September. Yes that's a Sunday, but their website order shipment says "will will ship the same day" if placed before 1pm. They did not get my order to Evri until Friday 12th September at 21:44. Even if we're talking working days, Monday to Friday, that's nearly 10pm on the Friday, 5 working days after I placed my order. Evri now says it's "On it's way", but not yet out for delivery this morning 15th September
These are the facts - They are more prompt to ask for feedback than they are to dispatch the order. Then don't respond to my initial feedback, which they requested on the 8th, 5 days before dispatching my order and a week on I still don't have bulbs that have cost me £130.
