I received in good order a replacement bulb. It is the correct bulb for my application. I had previously ordered the incorrect bulb.
The company responded quickly to my needs and corrected my error. They are a very good company and I will use them again.

Rather disappointed with this product.
1) Color of light from these bulbs is not red, but some kind of deep pink. They do not match true red bulbs.
2) Amount of light produced is only equivalent to 40 watt bulbs, not 60 watt as described.
3) The color coating inside the bulbs does not extend all the way to the base, allowing white light to be emitted, washing out the effect of the color.
4) Shipping charge was excessive: 50% more than the cost of the product itself.
