Very bad service, and no logistic when boarding. It takes for ever to get people seated.
And way too many pieces of hand luggage are allowed on board, even if only one is allowed.
This is not fair for all people who are having only one. Not enough room causing passengers to put luggage under the seat and then not be able to have enough room for legs.
