Love the bag it came and the pocket was hanging off remember this is a £200 bag they have sent me a replacement's so waiting for it I asked about goodwill for the messing around said no just not very good but the staff seem helpful

Well designed app for shopping experience, easy access to product reviews and a good comparison chart when deciding on which style of bag. Good discounts available for first time purchases.
Very happy with the purchase so far. Incredible how light the bag makes carrying. Regret not buying the zip toggles at the same time, and bought all other needs in initial purchase so now have to wait as low cost item purchase doesn’t make sense to buy again with the delivery cost. But that’s a mistake on my part not BFA (it was clear toggles were not included with the bag).
